Altero is an automated platform, where customers can receive within a short period of time several lenders’ offers in one place. Altero aim is to save customers valuable time and money by giving an opportunity to compare different lender offers in one place. Altero service is available for private and legal persons. Since 2020 Altero customers can compare also different insurance company offers in one place.
Altero.lv launched its platform in June 2016 and since then we have served more than 240K clients and over all there have been granted 250million EUR via Altero platform within Latvia, Lithuania, and Estonia. Altero team consists of more than 40 team members (total in Baltics). We have more than 70 lending partners within Baltics. We are leading loan brokers in Baltic market. Looking for Head of projects to join our team.
Tasks:
- Manage all operations within Altero group. This involves taking responsibility for profit, revenue, cash and quality targets.
- Be head of all Altero projects, follow up their execution and deadline reach. Coach and support team on priority setting and deadline reach.
- Managing Altero human resources, recognize necessary competences, hiring team members, setting KPIs and following their execution. Manage human resource related documentation. In all business disciplines.
- Taking care of Altero daily operations and taking care of alignment with strategic direction of the company.
- Taking care that all group companies comply with local regulations.
- Be responsible for company’s record keeping.
- Reviewing, improving, and implementing necessary procedures and ensure they are fulfilled on high level. In all business disciplines.
- Synthesize monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on progress and development.
Requirements:
- Experience in position related to managing overall companies’ business operations.
- Preference to candidates with experience in consumer loan and/ or SME loan and/or Insurance business.
- Outstanding negotiation skills.
- Excellent leadership and people-skills.
- Decisive and committed.
- Analytical thinker with superior problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of languages: Latvian (or Estonian, or Lithuanian) and English.
